There has been so much controversy hitting the black communities across the globe from laws , education, relationships and etc.. We have saw such a cry out for humanity and justice through out the lands,and in some places riots have broken out. America has had them, France and in some countries in Africa.

I cannot express views for everyone,, because everyone is different and they are there own individual souls. But there is one option I must push for my black blood and it is prayer . We have often forgot the power of prayer and the meditation of God’s advice. Many of us have this notion of physical movement and lack the knowledge of a spiritual movement.
